1. Founder Disclosure & Commercial Separation
TechIndex was created by Akshat Kharbanda, founder of BizAmps, a B2B go-to-market consultancy. While BizAmps may engage commercially with technology companies for marketing or growth consulting:
- BizAmps consulting clients receive no guaranteed coverage or favorable positioning on TechIndex.
- TechIndex conducts research independently of BizAmps client engagements.
- Companies cannot purchase ranking positions, shortlist inclusions, or editorial reviews.
2. Sponsored Content Standards
If TechIndex chooses to accept sponsored placements or advertising in the future:
- All paid placements will be clearly and prominently marked with badges such as Sponsored or Partner Content.
- Sponsored materials will never be disguised as independent editorial analysis or shortlists.
- We will never allow advertisers to edit, alter, or censor independent company profiles.
3. Factual Accuracy & Evidence Standards
TechIndex does not publish speculative quotes, unverified attendance statistics, or proprietary market share estimates. Factual claims link directly to primary sources (developer documentation, regulatory filings, official press releases, or official conference directories).
4. Corrections Commitment
When an error is discovered in a profile or article, we correct it promptly and transparently.
